How do you keep your caviar?
Keep your caviar tin in the fridge at a temperature between 0°C and 4°C in a flat position. Avoid frequent temperature differences. Once the tin is opened, consume caviar within 48 hours.

How to serve your caviar?
Open your caviar box a few minutes before tasting.
Cut the warranty strips with a knife and open the box by the slice by leveraging between the lid and the bottom of the box.
Ideal way to taste your caviar
Caviar is ideally eaten plain using a non-metal spoon to avoid oxidation, ideally with a mother-of-pearl spoon.
Allow the grains to melt on your tongue to feel all the flavors.
What to drink with your caviar?
A high quality white wine such as the Puligny Montrachet or a glass of Champagne work perfectly with caviar.
