Salmon roe 250g

Salmon roe comes from Oncorhynchus Keta salmon, a wild species from the Pacific Ocean.

The roe is generous in size and rather jammy in texture. On the palate, they roll over the tongue and then burst on the palate, giving a sensation of freshness and intense iodine flavours.
