Now extinct in the wild, Sevruga caviar is one of the rarest farmed caviars. It used to account for around 60% of wild production in the Caspian Sea.

Caviar Sévruga, an evocation of wild caviar

Sevruga caviar is distinguished by its powerful notes and very pronounced iodised flavour. Its small, delicate grains are anthracite in colour. This gives it a unique and recognisable visual identity. Caviar lovers particularly appreciate Sevruga for its intense, distinctive taste, which evokes the marine flavours of its origin.

Consumers nostalgic for wild caviar will find in Sevruga a product that recalls the exceptional qualities of the caviars of yesteryear.

Tasting advice

To serve the caviar, we recommend removing the tin from the fridge 5 minutes before serving. Place it on ice to keep the caviar fresh for eating. Use a mother-of-pearl spoon to preserve the grains and prevent oxidation.
