Description
Sturgeon: Acipenser Nacarii
Nacari caviar comes from Acipenser Nacari sturgeon, between 9 and 10 years old.
French know-how
The mastery of this know-how ensures the delicacy and persistence of its flavour and consistent quality in every tin. Nacari caviar is distinguished by its powerful, iodised taste, which is what makes it so famous. Its pronounced iodised flavour is immediately reminiscent of the sturgeon's marine origins, giving this caviar a strong, authentic identity.
Tasting advice
To serve the caviar, we recommend removing the tin from the fridge 5 minutes before serving. Place it on ice to keep the caviar fresh for eating. Use a mother-of-pearl spoon to preserve the grains and prevent oxidation.
