Set in the middle of a lake 32km long and 100m deep, with extremely pure water, this fish farm has the largest reserve of Beluga caviar in Europe.
Tasting advice
To serve the caviar, we recommend removing the tin from the fridge 5 minutes before serving. Place it on ice to keep the caviar fresh for eating. Use a mother-of-pearl spoon to preserve the grains and prevent oxidation.
