Nacari caviar, from the European sturgeon Acipenser Naccarii, is a culinary treasure that originated in northern Italy. This sturgeon reaches maturity between 9 and 10 years of age.

Compared to Sevruga Caviar, Nacari caviar stands out for the size of its grains and its taste, reminiscent of the caviar of yesteryear. Tasting advice

To serve the caviar, we recommend removing the tin from the fridge 5 minutes before serving. Place it on ice to keep the caviar fresh for eating. Use a mother-of-pearl spoon to preserve the grains and prevent oxidation.
